These cases were argued and determined in the Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals from 1812 to 1820, the first case being a continuation of the suit involving the Fairfax Proprietary, /Hunter v Martin, devisee of Fairfax/ and the final case being an action by a father for seduction of his daughter.
