LICENSE & TERMS OF CONDITION OF USE

Our products are supplied for information and personal research only. No reproduction may be made for publication without the permission of Archive CD Books USA.

You may not make copies of the data. You may not publish or sell any portion of the data in printed, electronic or any other format without prior written consent from Archive CD Books USA. You may not advertise free lookups from the contents of the product.

By purchase of this product you have not acquired title or ownership of software materials or data contained on this CD-ROM or product packaging or documentation. This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, not-transferable license to use the software and documentation. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, translating, disassembly, recompilation or reverse engineering of any part of the software or related packaging or documentation.

This license entitles use of the software contained on this CD-ROM product and related documentation. This license permits a single user on a single site to access the CD at any given time. (For multiple user licenses, contact Archive CD Books USA.)

The software or documentation may not be loaned, rented or leased, or used for any other form of remunerated gain.

Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective CD-ROM media within ninety days from the date of purchase, providing failure has not occurred as a result of accident, abuse or misapplication of the product. Archive CD Books USA shall issue a replacement CD-ROM on receipt of the returned failed product and all related packaging and documentation with the original purchase receipt. Archive CD Books USA shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or other costs, even if they have been made aware of such loses. Such losses may include, but not be limited to, loss of revenue, time or data.

This license agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We endeaver to ship each order within 3 business days. Under most circumstances, however, orders received by 10am Eastern time are shipped on the SAME business day. Most products are made to order and are not kept in stock. In the rare case that we have trouble filling your order promptly (e.g., the master from one of our international partner companies is found to be faulty), you will be notified of the delay by email. Most such problems can be resolved within seven business days.

Domestic and international orders are typically shipped by U.S. Mail. Shipment notifications are sent by email and typically include tracking information (when offered by the postal service). Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If, after this time, you think that there may be a problem, please write to info@archivecdbooksusa.com and we will be happy to resolve the problem.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Archive CD Books Project is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an E-mail to support@archivecdbooksusa.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

The Archive CD Books Project does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY

Archive CD Books USA will replace a defective CD-ROM media within ninety days from the date of purchase, providing failure has not occurred as a result of accident, abuse or misapplication of the product and upon receipt of the returned failed product and all related packaging. In the event that a replacement for a defective CD cannot be promptly provided, a full refund, including shipping, will be provided.

If you believe that a CD is faulty, please write to info@archivecdbooksusa.com and describe the circumstances. The CD may not be faulty and in most such cases we can help to resolve the problem.

PLEASE NOTE that Archive CD Books USA makes no guarantee that a particular subject matter, person, surname, or place is represented on a particular product except as expressly stated in the product description. In addition, please be aware that, in rare cases, old books that are reproduced on CD are missing one or more pages or may contain some text which is illegible. Refunds are expressly prohibited on the grounds that the product is found to not include information that is of interest to you.

Due to the digital format of our products and the ease with which they could be copied in violation of the license agreement, refunds cannot be made if the CD is found to be in working condition.

Products of Archive CD Books USA that are purchased through an international partner or dealer must be returned directly to the place of purchase and may be subject to that party's additional policies with respect to refunds or replacements.
